Making a Donation
SWAG is a small local charity funded by and helping the people of Sway. We can only survive and expand our services through the generosity of many local people who donate money or time.
Our expenses are kept to an absolute minimum. None of our trustees receive payment for the time that they give and except for a modest mileage costs allowance paid to our drivers, and reimbursement for ingredients bought by our lunch club cooks, all of our income is used to support our charitable work.

There are several ways in which you could help SWAG financially:
- You could consider leaving us a legacy in your will
- Cash gifts, no matter how small, to help us to continue and expand our activities
- Fund-raising activities such as sponsored challenges or events
You can make a donation in cash, bank transfer, cheque or credit card – see below.
If you are a UK taxpayer please consider completing a Gift Aid form and sending it with your donation. This will give SWAG an extra 25% from the taxman at no cost to you. Download a printable copy of our Gift Aid form or call 01590 681 500 (option 2) to request a paper copy to be sent to you.

Make a donation by credit card or PayPal through the Charities Aid Foundation. Go to https://www.cafonline.org/home/donate and type our Charity Number 261220 into the search box. CAF will deduct a 5% charge for using this service.
