About Us

For latest SWAG news, see our Facebook page

Sway Welfare Aid Group (SWAG) was founded in 1970 to ensure that everyone living in Sway has someone to whom they can turn in an emergency, read about our history here.

Since these early days SWAG has expanded its services to support families and people of all ages living in the village and experiencing any kind of financial hardship. SWAG is now a registered charity run by unpaid trustees, who are elected each year by the village community.
